When Nomaan joined JRE Batch 14, he did not come from a family of developers or established businesses.
But he arrived with something far more powerful an eye for opportunity and a mind trained to question the usual approach.
While many investors and builders look for mainstream urban areas, Nomaan asked a bold question:

That question led to Yuzen Farms, a luxury weekend villa project in Dholka, a quiet, overlooked town near Ahmedabad.
Where others saw remote farmland, Nomaan envisioned the future of lifestyle living.

Nomaan’s journey was not just based on intuition; it involved insight developed within the structured Journey of Real Estate (JRE) program.
At SIRE, he learned to:

Today, Nomaan leads the development of Yuzen Farms, a bold and elegant project covering 1,40,000 sq. ft., offering:

- A first-mover advantage in a previously overlooked micro-market
- A strong interest from urban buyers seeking weekend tranquility
But most importantly, he is shaping a new lifestyle category—rural luxury real estate—while contributing to local job creation, land appreciation, and community improvement.
